Full Year co-chair

The NUBiLaGA Co-Chairs shall have the following roles and responsibilities:

1. Co-Chairs are the chief executive officers of NUBiLAGA and are responsible for executing all policies and programs, and representing the views of the membership.

2. Co-chairs are in charge of the overall direction and utilization of NUBiLAGA and its resources.

3. Co-chairs are responsible for conducting NUBiLaGA meetings, interviews, and special projects, or for delegating these responsibilities to the appropriate NUBiLaGA E-board member or committee.

4. Co-chairs shall meet once weekly with the group advisor to plan an agenda for the E-board meeting, and must e-mail this agenda to the E-board group prior to the meeting taking place.

5. Co-chairs shall approve any representation of NUBiLaGA to outside agencies.

6. Co-chairs shall seek out new opportunities to collaborate with GLBTIQQS and allied organizations on and off campus.

7. Co-chairs shall seek to collaborate with the university wherever possible for major NUBiLaGA signature events.

8. Co-chairs shall be responsible for coordinating events or delegating which E-Board member should be responsible for coordinating events.

9. Co-chairs will ensure NUBiLaGA representation and participation on applicable University Committees, Boards, etc.

10. Co-chairs have all rights and responsibilities of an E-board member.

11. **The Full Year Co-Chair and the Half Year Co-Chair shall share all of the same rights and responsibilities.

    a. The Full Year Co-Chair will be up for review at the end of their first semester.

    b. The Full Year Co-Chair shall be responsible for ensuring the continuity of the group’s events from the Fall semester to the Spring semester

    i. During the Fall semester, the Full Year Co-Chair shall be responsible for preliminary planning for the following Spring semester.
