Treasurer

The NUBiLaGA Treasurer shall have the following powers and responsibilities:

1. Shall be responsible for the organization and record keeping of NUBiLaGA’s funds, those allocated from the Student Activities Fee and the cash account.

    a. Shall keep separate records for NUBiLaGA funds and Resource Room funds.

    b. Shall advise group on spending of NUBiLaGA cash.

2. Shall maintain regular communication with the Student Activities Business Office.

3. Shall regularly report at NUBiLaGA meetings as to disbursements, income, and balances.

4. Shall coordinate the preparation of budget requests and spending reports as necessary during the term of office, and submit them on time to the Student Government Association’s Budget Review Committee (BRC) after approval by the E-Board.

5. Shall attend all workshops as required by the BRC.

6. Shall assume the position of Co-Chair in the event that one resigns, is removed, or abandons their office with six (6) weeks or fewer left in the term of office.

7. Shall collaborate on the planning of events and NUBilaGA meetings.

8. Shall perform additional duties as assigned by the Co-Chairs.

9. Shall have all rights and responsibilities of an E-Board member.

10. Shall submit necessary records and pertinent information to the next succeeding Treasurer after leaving office.
